How do I close my account?
You may request account deletion for the PFA FACT mobile application by contacting your assigned patient advocate. Deleting your PFA FACT mobile application account does not close your case with PFA.
What happens to my data?
All the data related to your PFA FACT mobile application will be deleted, however, your case data will reside in PFA's internal patient database for the duration of your case lifecycle.
